JD Birds: Avian Diet

Avian Diet
Poor diet is the #1 reason for poor health
Feed your bird a varied mix of pellets, vegetables, beans, grains, fruits, sprouts, seeds and nuts. Some birds have specific dietary requirements - check to make sure you are providing a nutritious diet for your birdie buddy
Pellets and fresh clean water should always be available. Change both food and water at least once a day
Birds are cocial animals and social eaters. Share your healthy foods with your bird.
NEVER give birds alcohol, chocolate, caffine, avocados, rhubarb, salty or sugary foods, and refrain from fried foods.
